The advances of chemotherapy in cancer treatment

Having someone we love being diagnosed with cancer and still starting chemotherapy is always accompanied by uncertainties and distress.

As we have feelings for our family and friends, it is often difficult and painful to participate in the treatment only as spectators.

Progress in the development of new therapies in the fight against cancer is usually slower than expected as it requires long-term investment in basic research to bring more disease-oriented drugs into therapy.
